Custom Earring Class
Create your own pair of textured sterling silver earrings. This is your opportunity to make something that is truly one of a kind in a relaxed studio atmosphere. Class size is limted to 4 students so you can get the most out of your time in the workshop.
Start by creating a beautifully textured piece of sterling silver then saw, sand, and hammer to create your pair of earrings. The class will cover metalsmithing techniques such as how to use a jewellers saw and other common hand tools such as hammers, files and burs. You will leave with not only a beautiful pair of earrings but a true sense of accomplishment.
You will need to wear enclosed shoes, long trousers and long hair must be tied up to ensure your safety. All students will be provided with an apron, eye and ear protection to be used as necessary. Please make sure if you wear glasses you bring them with you.
All materials and morning tea are supplied, just come along and enjoy.
