WORKSHOPS & COURSES
Cancellations and refunds
Places are currently limited to four students in all workshops and courses. A minimum of two students is required for a workshop to proceed. Full payment is required upon booking a workshop. Cancellations prior to one week (7 days) before will receive a refund, minus a 20% transaction & administration fee, through method of payment. Please contact Flux and Facet if you need to cancel your booking.
No refunds or change of date will be give for cancellations less than 48 hrs in advance.
If you're unable to attend, you can transfer your workshop booking to another date or person (for the same workshop date only). See below.
Requests for change of date need to be made no later than 7 days before your class.
If the workshop does not run and is cancelled by us for any reason, you will receive a full refund or can choose be transferred to another workshop. Gift certificates are not refundable.
We do not offer fee reductions, refunds or make-up classes to students who miss classes.
No refunds will be given if you fail to attend your booking on the day.
GIFT CERTIFICATES
Expiry and extensions
Workshop Gift Certificates are valid for 36 months from the date of purchase, subject to the following:
If your workshop is not booked and taken within 12 months of purchase, the amount paid for the gift certificate will be preserved for a further 24 months.
After 12 months, if the price of the workshop has increased, an additional amount will need to be paid at the time of booking.
After 12 months, if the workshop is no longer available, the gift certificate may be used to book an alternative Flux and Facet jewellery making workshop.
Refunds and exchanges
Gift Certificates for workshops and jewellery courses can be refunded within 14 days of purchase. The amount must be refunded using the original payment method.
